Our records show us that 99% of all parcels posted by us have been received by the customer within the delivery times stated. As posting can be complicated business we have simplified the process down. We charge a flat fee for delivery no matter how many items you order.
We offer you the choice of delivery options, your selection will affect delivery times and in the unlikely event that items may get lost or damaged in transit insurance compensation is included.

Yes, simply log on to www.fastway.ie and fill in your label number that you recieved on you dispatch confirmation email and press trace, this will let you know the status of you delivery, please allow up to 6 hours for this function to work from you receive you confirnation email,should you encounter any problems or have any queries please do not hesitate to Contact Us

Loss, Delay or Damaged Goods?
While partyandjokes.com is responsible for the shipping, we ensure that all goods leave us in suitable packaging and in a non-damaged state.Partyandjokes.com will not accept liability for any claim for non delivery of goods or items claimed to be damaged in transit.We will make a claim for compensation for loss or delay on your behalf, any such claim will be limited to the maximum compensation allowed by the shipping method you have chosen.
Is A signature Required?
All goods dispatched by partyandjokes.com have a unique tracking number that must be signed for.If you think that you are going to be out we suggest that you change the delivery address at the checkout stage to an adress as to where you will be.
Can you leave an Item Without A signature?
Many customers wish us to leave the goods at their chosen delivery address without a signature, however this is not a practice we would encourage. Should you require this please contact us in the first instance,This is at the discretion of the driver and should you goods be lost stolen or damaged you are not entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
What if the goods are faulty?
This is quite rare but due to manufacturing errors somethimes goods can be faulty, if this is the case you will need to follow are returns policy procedure. Do not send back any items unless you contact us in the first instance. We must be notified within seven days of purchase explaining the problem, Should your claim be successful you will have the option of a replacement or a full refund. You will have to confirm your name, address and purchase number, so have this information to hand. We will give you a returns number, this is to be included on you package for return. If any of the information requested above is ommited this will lead to a delay in processing you request.
1. Partyandjokes.com shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
2. Until the faulty goods are returned to at the above address we are unable to dispatch a replacment or issue a refund.

Refused Deliveries & Return To Sender.
If your goods cannot be delivered by the courier these goods will be returned to us marked Return to Sender, such returns will incurr an additional carraige charge, we reserve the right to apply for an additional delivery charge.To avoid this occuring please make sure that you include a contact number that you can be contacted on.
International Deliveries ( ID Required)
Due to increased fraud via credit cards all international deliveries require the following checks.
Before any deliveries are shipped we require proof of identification including the residential address of the cardholder,a copy of your credit card statement will surfice, this information can be faxed to 00 353 (0)49 4362044 this will confirm name address and card details.On reciept of this infomation and checks is correct all documentation recieved will be destroyed.
We regret this course of action but it is necessary to protect ourselves and you the shopper.
